I have decided that you have to love life. If you don't you will be constantly surprised by what happens in it. If you DO love life, you will welcome the changes and challenges it brings. I have been taken out of the Primary presidency and put into the Relief Society presidency. I am over the enrichment nights and activities. I have a board that will help with this. Along with this new calling I have an extra responsibility to help the single women, particularly the single mothers in our ward. This comes as a great challenge as there are many!
The girls are doing great. Kendrah has a 3.6 gpa in school which allows her to try out for the volleyball team. Aleynah will be playing basket ball in the fall, and Meikah will be cheering on the sidelines with me.
We are excited about our upcoming family reunion in August, as well as the annual birthday party! You have to love life!!
